Redlands Sporting Club Pipe Band
Now that fete season has begun, the Pipe Band has been out and about in the local community, performing at school fetes and encouraging young people to come and try piping or drumming.  This has resulted in the band having a number of performances booked for school fetes in the local community.
One of the highlights of the past few months was the ANZAC Day parade at Cleveland. It was one of the biggest parades yet and the band helped provide marching music as well as a solo piper and a drummer at the dawn service.
The band played at the Redlands RSL and at Renaissance Retirement Village on that day as well.
We appreciate the use of the Bocce courts at the Redlands Sporting Club for practice and for the sponsorship provided by the Club. We hope to perform regularly within the Sporting Club itself as a thank you for their encouragement and contribution to ensuring the band thrives and encourages young people to learn pipes and drums.
