Major Promotion – Season Switch-Up

Terms and Conditions of Entry

  1. Information on how to enter and the prize list forms part of these Conditions of Entry.
  2. The promotion ‘SEASON SWITCH-UP” will be known as the Major Promotion.
  3. Entry into the Major Promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
  4. Only financial members of Redlands Sporting Club are eligible to participate or win in this promotion.
  5. Employees of Redlands Sporting Club are not eligible to participate or win in this promotion.
  6. Entrants must be over eighteen (18) years of age.
  7. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process which is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
  8. The Major Promotion operates from 9:30am on Monday 29th April 2024 until 5pm on Sunday 30th June 2024
  1. The winner selected must be present at the prize draw location within three (3) minutes to be determined a winner of the prize on offer. Verification of their membership card is required, and if the winner is not present within three (3) minutes a redraw of that prize will occur unless they have their name on the register (see point 10).
  1. Winners will be notified in person, however Members who participate in activities within the club for example bingo, must place their name on the register to be eligible to participate in the draws. Those that win will be notified once their activity is over and their prize will be kept to the side for them.
  2. Members of Redlands Sporting Club who play the gaming machines with their membership card inserted will receive one (1) entry to enter the Major Promotion with every $20 of turnover.
  3. Members of Redlands Sporting Club will receive one (1) entry for every $2 they spend in the bar, restaurant & cafe.
  4. Double entries can be earned on the Sundays leading up to the major draws between 12-5pm
  5. Double entries will also apply between 10am-12:30pm on the major draw days.
  6. Members of the Redlands Sporting Club can gain one (1) entry into promotion daily by swiping through the kiosk.
  7. Entries will automatically be generated by ‘Max E-draw’. A member can check the number of entries they have in the draw by swiping their card on the swipe kiosk or on a vector unit on a gaming machine.
  8. Members must validate their entry tickets on the draw days every 2 and ½ hours of the promotion by swiping their membership card on the kiosk or playing the gaming machines with their card inserted or making a purchase in the club.
  9. There will be 2 Major Draw days, 26th May and 30th June 2024.
  10. There will be 80 prizes in total with 40 winners drawn out each major draw date.
  11. Prizes will be drawn in a specific order as numbered on the prize.
  12. Draws will start at 1pm and will conclude at approx. 5pm.
  13. Members can win multiple prizes on the day.
  14. It is the responsibility of the winner to register for the warranty, with purchase information given to the winner at the time of winning for the warranty.
  15. Members are responsible for collection of prizes won, Prizes will be kept on premise for 1 month from the draw date, if not collected prizes will be redistributed.
  16. Each winner is responsible for paying any and all taxes on any prize won and must authorize the deduction of such taxes, if any, from the prize to the extent required by law.
  17. Redlands Sporting Club is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury by any person in connection with the Major Promotion.
  18. The decisions of the management of Redlands Sporting Club are final. No correspondence will be entered into.
  19. If a member is found to be abusing this promotion a decision will be made by management to refuse entries
  20. If a member passes away their promotion entries cannot be transferred to another member.
  21. Promotional materials are void if stolen, forged, mutilated or tampered with in any way.
  22. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or mis-directed entries.
  23. By entering into the Major Promotion, winners agree to have their photo taken for promotional purposes.
