Proud SKA team of Judges, Competitors and Parents at the QKA State Championships.

We continue to see jam packed classes filled with dedicated young and older Karate students working hard at building their skills and climbing to new heights.  We have an incredible team of senior black belts who shape and mould every student to help them reach their short and long term goals.   Every week games are enjoyed, skill badges are earned and juniors are graded to higher belts.  Those 8 years and older are required to attend formal gradings which are held quarterly in the Palms Auditorium at the Redlands Sporting Club, to earn their next belt.  This June Black belt grading will see Sensei Ian Hermans and Sensei Neil Bartlett attempting their 1st Dan Black Belt Shodan.  Good luck to all of our students grading this term.

Black Belt development continues to thrive.  A group of eleven senior and junior Sensei studied hard and sat for their Australian Karate Federation State Judge exams to gain their accreditations.  Our successful group are a shining light of leadership for our students.
