MORETON BAY GAME FISH CLUB
CLUB FACILITIES AT TANGALOOMA MORETON ISLAND
The Moreton Island facilities are for use by club members and their guests.  The club land is a short distance south of the Tangalooma wrecks where the Micat ferry disembarks. Members can bring their boats across and use one of our three mooring buoys or anchor.  Alternatively you can come across on the Tangalooma flyer.  The land offers camping facilities and also a caravan with fixed annexe.  The facilities include power, hot showers, toilets, cooking facilities, refrigeration, camp site, eating areas and much more.
All Skippers who use the mooring buoys must display an all round anchor light between sunset and sunrise.  This is a requirement by Maritime Safety Queensland authorities
All Members wishing to use the club`s facilities must notify the Secretary to obtain approval.  The member must fill out a form 37 and also a club land booking form and sendforms and payment to the secretary.  The forms and Moreton Island Club House and Land Rules can all be downloaded from the download page on our Web Site
The club organises regular working bees and all members are encouraged to come across and help out for a day and stay overnight with great company. Working bee dates will be posted on the home page o the Web Site.
