Redlands Tigers Cricket has been at its present location at Wellington Point for 20 years and has finally achieved the recognition that all Grade Clubs seek. We have won the Queensland Cricket Club Championship Award and had 6 teams competing in semi finals. 4th and 5th Grades were also minor premiers.
Following the completion of the two day semi finals, Redlands had two teams – First Grade and Fifth grade in the final of the Queensland Premier Cricket competition being played on 12,13,19 and 20 March 2016.
First Grade play their final against University at Alan Border Oval at Albion and Fifth Grade play their final at home on the Peter Burge Oval.
Congratulations to everyone involved in the achievements gained thus far. The Club is growing in stature and there is a tremendous spirit amongst the playing group.
Redlands has some of the best facilities in the State and we hope that our current successes will encourage others, particularly junior cricketers, to follow in the footsteps of our current group of top players such as Greg Moller, Ryan LeLoux, Marnus Labuschagne, Jimmy Peirson, Sam Heazlett and Simon Milenko.
