Redlands Tigers Cricket celebrated it’s end of season Presentation of Awards night on 9 April 2016 at the Redlands Sporting Club.
Some of the Major award winners were:
- MVP/Best and Fairest for 2015/16 – Scott Ensom
- Club Person of the year -6th Grade Captain James Read
- The Don Seccombe Award for most runs this season – Stuart Edgar
- 1st Grade Bowling average – Simon Milenko.
- Most Dismissals by a wicketkeeper – Mitchell Drennan
- Most Promising Bowler – Lachlan Honan.
- Most Promising Batsmen – Stuart Edgar.
Redlands Cricket also made a special presentation of a Framed Club photo to the Redlands Sporting Club for their wonderful support. Norm Haupt and Barry Cullen accepted the photo on behalf of the Chairman Don Seccombe.
At the Qld Cricket Awards night, Redlands received a number of awards notably the Club Championship Award, the myFootDr Cam Bathersby Cup for taking out the 1st Grade Premiership and for the 4th time in a row the number one Groundsman’s Award went to our very own John McFarlane. Josh Henderson finished 7th in the Peter Burge Medal award.
