Our Super Challenge teams, both men’s and ladies are progressing well in their respective competitions and high hopes are held for a big finish. Men’s and ladies have now held their annual general meetings and congratulations to all who have been elected to their respective boards. These positions are essential to the efficient operation of any club and the volunteers who take them are to be commended.

During this period we will hold our annual Easter Carnival. This is our big event of the year and we can expect some 250 – 300 bowlers competing for a total of $8000.00 over the 4 days of the carnival. The event is open to men and ladies and we hope to have a current Australian representative taking part.
The men’s section will be off on an overnight trip to the Gold Coast playing games against Broadbeach and Nerang. A trip to the Gold Coast races has been organised for the Saturday afternoon for those interested.

The Ladies fours championship has been played for 2012. Congratulations to Liz Treschman, Sue Bellion, Pam Scott & Annette Todhunter

Any new members to our club will be made very welcome and will enjoy playing on the best greens in the district if not the state.
