The RSC Golf Club has continued with the steady growth of new members ensuring we have had maximum fields at each event this year. Our 2 Man Ambrose trophy game was played at Riverlakes on April 4. The winners on the day were Ricky McKinless and Mick Sinn with a net 63 2/5. Runners-up were Cliff Almond and Dave Jackson with a net 63 1/2.

Our first bus trip for the year was to Woodford on April 18. The event for the day was an Irish 4 Ball Stableford which was won by Neil Pascoe and Gary Kelly with 59 points.

The second round of the Match Play Competition involving the last eight qualifiers was held at McLeod Golf Club on June 13. We also held two trophy events, with the 4BBB Stableford at Carbrook on May 30 and the Winter Cup at Gailes Golf Club on June 28.
