Despite now being in the official cricket 'off season' much work is happening in preparation for the new season. Coach Blair Copelin will return as Tigers head coach and is currently working on next season's coaching program and some strategic player recruitment options.

Tigers will hope to again be very competitive across all grades. Redlands will once again host the CA Centre of Excellence (COE) Emerging Players Tournament in July featuring teams from the Australian COE, New Zealand, South Africa and India. Local Tigers player Greg Moller may see some action in this series.

The winter ground maintenance program continues and fencing on the No. 2 oval should be completed by June. Once again winter welcomes the return of the RCI Over 40's competition with many new faces enjoying the social atmosphere of Masters cricket.

The new season commences with the seniors in September.
