The performances of Redlands Cricket Inc players throughout the season were recognised at the awards night held on April 10. 140 players, family, friends, supporters, sponsors and club committee members attended.

Greg Ritchie, who has close ties with the club as a past East’s player, was the guest speaker and entertained the crowd with some wonderful stories of his playing days with East’s, Queensland and Australia.

Charles Mailli was named the club’s best and fairest player while Bernadette Cullen received the Club Person of the Year Award for her tremendous efforts in running the canteen and clubhouse. Redlands Cricket would like to thank all our sponsors for their valuable assistance throughout the season, especially our major sponsor the Redlands Sporting Club. Without their input the club would not be able to provide some of the best facilities available in the Qld Grade Cricket competition.
