"I am writing to say thank you for the most wonderful evening we had last Saturday, 16 May 2009. No one can speak highly enough of the evening. The food was excellent, your team were very professional and the way you decorated the room was magnificent. Everything we asked you for was provided and the friendliness of your entire team is so great. Unfortunately, you do not find that in a lot of places today. My dream was to always have a function with round tables and you even brought that dream to fruition. Words cannot express how grateful we are to you and your team.
